Bryarne was admitted to practice in 2009 and has practised exclusively in the area of Family Law for the past 12 years. She holds vast experience in a wide range of Family Law matters including parenting matters, de facto relationships, financial agreements (both pre and post separation), spousal maintenance, child support and complex property matters.

Bryarne brings a pragmatic and no-nonsense approach when advising client’s on their individual family law matter. She is dedicated to providing clients with practical and strategic advice to assist in the early resolution of matters so as to avoid the financial costs, time, and stress involved with Court proceedings whenever possible. Where Court involvement is inevitable, Bryarne brings an assertive approach in pursuing the best possible outcome for her client’s in the most timely matter possible.

Bryarne understands the stress and emotional toll that family law proceedings has upon her clients and strives to provide her client’s with empathy and care throughout the process.

Bryarne’s areas of expertise include:
