Patricia (mainly known as “Trish”) Italiano is our senior Property Lawyer, with more than 15 years’ experience in this area.

Trish acts for a wide range of clients ranging from individuals, families, investors, corporations, and property developers.

In the field of Property Law, Trish’s expertise covers all aspects of Real Estate transactions such as residential and commercial property sales and purchases, Off the Plan property and land subdivisions, property developments, trust law and provides advice relating to government duties and charges including stamp duty and state land tax.

Trish also provides a range of services to individuals and families, including Estate, Wealth and Business Succession, Planning and Structuring Assets, Trusts and General Legal Advice relating to Wills, Powers of Attorney and assists clients in finalising Estate matters upon the passing of a loved one.
