Daniela is a Lawyer in MDM’s Commercial Law and Leasing department.

She has over 20 years of experience in the legal profession, having previously worked in a small tier law firm developing her skills in commercial law and leasing matters. Daniela was admitted to practice in 2016 and has enjoyed building relationships with her clients and providing them with commercially viable advice.

Daniela has extensive experience advising on the sale and purchase of businesses, shareholder agreements, business structuring and Corporations Act compliance.

She has assisted many clients in completing successful business and share sale transactions. These transactions require knowledge of various legal areas, including; employment, intellectual property and franchising. Alongside this work, she assists in commercial and retail leasing. Daniela also has experience dealing with rent relief matters and ensuring her clients’ needs are met.

Qualifications: Juris Doctor, RMIT and Bachelor of Arts, La Trobe University.
